You will need to select the documents that pertain to you or the ballplayer you wish to register if you wish NOT to utilize the on-line registration option.  Please fill out the proper forms and bring them with you on registration day along with proof of identification and 3 proofs of residency.  Other documents listed are for everyone who wishes to read up on rules, regulations, and conduct while participating or attending the Deer Park Little League baseball fields.
