$50 for returning players
$60 per player – Fee** includes a jersey,
AYSO membership, PLAYSOCCER Magazine,
and supplemental accident insurance.

**“Early Bird” price is $60! Regular fees after February 4th is $120. Players must be 3 years old by July 31st, 2016.

AYSO REQUIRES that ALL players and volunteers register online at eayso.org. NO BLANK FORMS will be available at registration. We will only be able to accept completed forms for eayso.org. Bring one copy to registration. Players must be 4 (or older) by July31st.
- For new players, please include a copy of your child's birth certificate.
- New volunteers will need to provide a copy of their driver's license.
You MUST register online, which you can do by clicking here. Note that this WILL NOT complete your registration process; you will still need to attend the registration dates listed below or return the forms and payment by mail. Please include ONE copy of the printout.

AYSO is run exclusively by volunteers. We are in need of many coaches, referees, field setup, and board positions. It is an awesome feeling to help the children in our community. We encourage you to become a volunteer and assist running our great program!! All volunteers must complete a volunteer application on eayso.org and bring one copy with them to registration. We do offer training for all positions!!
Must Know About the NEW Playground Soccer Program
· PLAYGROUND Soccer is Volunteer Run, very similar to the U.K. International / AYSO Camps ‘Playtime Adventure’ started last year
· This is NOT soccer games, this is Fundamental Motor Skill Development (FMSD) that will lead into future soccer specific skill learning
· Season typically lasts 6-8 weeks depending on field availability and weather
· Players will receive their own PLAYGROUND t-shirt
· The PLAYGROUND Soccer Program engages the parent through active participation with their child. Parents who participate with their child do NOT need to complete a volunteer application.
