How to Register (Old)

How to Register Your Team:

 

New User Account

A User Log-in Account will be needed to register any team within the Sports Connect System. If you already have a log-in account for our system, you do not need to create a new one. Please skip down to "Existing User Account".

  • http://www.cmsslobsl.com
  • Click “Register” (top right corner)
  • Create New Account for yourself as the Primary Point of Contact, and then continue with the next step.
  • Create a “New Participant” for each team in your club that is participating in the league (by following the guidelines below), and then continue with the next step.
    • Enter your Team Name in the “Participant’s First Name” field
    • Enter the last name of the team’s Coach in the “Participant’s Last Name” field
    • Assign a random birthday for the team (this step will not affect anything)
    • Assign each Team’s gender appropriately
    • Assign the home address of your club to each team
    • If you have another team you want to add, click "Add Another Participant" and repeat. Clicking "Continue" will take you to the next step. 
  • Select the Division you would like to register for, click continue.
  • Fill out all additional Participant Information, click continue.
  • Volunteer - select "I do not wish to volunteer at this time," click continue
  • Complete your registration by making payment 
    • Teams will be required to make payment at checkout via Visa/MasterCard


Existing User Account

To register existing teams

  • Log in
  • Click Register Now
  • Select the Division you would like to register for, click continue.
  • Fill out all additional Participant Information, click continue.
  • Volunteer - select "I do not wish to volunteer at this time," click continue
  • Complete your registration by making payment 
    • Teams will be required to make payment at checkout via Visa/Mastercard


To create new teams within an existing user account

  • Log In
  • Hover your mouse over the (...) icon next to the word "Participants:" then click "Add Participant."
  • Create a “New Participant” for each team in your club that is participating in the league (by following the guidelines below), and then continue with the next step.
    • Enter your Team Name in the “Participant’s First Name” field
    • Enter the last name of the team’s Coach in the “Participant’s Last Name” field
    • Assign a random birthday for the team (this step will not affect anything)
      • Assign each Team’s gender appropriately
      • Assign the home address of your club to each team
      • If you have another team you want to add, click "Add Another Participant" and repeat. Clicking "Continue" here will begin the next section at the first bullet.


    To register your new/old teams, click “Register Now” within your My Account page

    • Select the Division you would like to register for, click continue.
    • Fill out all additional Participant Information, click continue.
    • Volunteer - select "I do not wish to volunteer at this time," click continue
    • Complete your registration by making payment
      • Teams will be required to make payment at checkout via Visa/MasterCard
