Helpful hints and tips for residency verification:

• You must upload 1 or more documents from EACH of the three groups outlined in the Little League Residency Checklist for verification.

  Common documents:
  

• All documents must show parent/guardian name and mailing address.

• If dated, document must be dated between 2/1/2023 and 1/31/2024 (for Fall 2023 / Spring 2024).

• Documents should not be cropped or otherwise altered.

• Although documents may satisfy requirements for more than 1 group, it can only be used for 1 group.

• We highly recommend that copies of all documents be uploaded during registration.
  

FORMER MADISON LITTLE LEAGUE BOUNDARIES are now part of our new boundaries (see map on Eligibility page). However, our boundaries have not yet been updated in the Little League League Finder search tool.

In order to complete your registration:
Please select "school verification", and select "Madison School District" for school name. When we check verifications, we will verify eligibility based on our updated map. Note that this is for players residing or attending school in the former Madison Little League boundaries.

Every child must play in their local Little League based on their residency or school eligibility unless they have an approved waiver. If you currently reside outside of our league's boundaries, but you previously lived within them AND your child (or an older sibling) previously played in our league, you may still be eligible to play in SMLL under the II(d) waiver. Please complete the waiver form and submit all supporting documentation by email to [email protected]. The waiver must be approved by the local League President and the District 3 Administrator. Waivers do not expire.
