A 6 Week pre season soccer fitness program. The program will be run by staff coach Baret Ertzinger. In addition to coaching soccer Baret is also an ACSM certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise science.
The program will focus on injury prevention, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, balance and flexibility, and soccer specific fitness.
6 week program running from February 1st through March 8th.
Fridays form 5pm - 6pm at the Burlington YMCA.
Cost is $60 and includes the 6 in person training sessions as well as a 6 week pre season fitness program for personal use on own.
