Divisions
Tee-Ball- (League Age 4 to 6) - is a pure tee ball division designed to introduce our youngest players to the basics, fundamentals and fun of baseball. This is a non-competitive division where players can learn and practice fundamental baseball skills at an early age and receive maximum enjoyment from the experience. No tryouts for this division. There are no team standings or playoffs, and scores are not recorded.
Rookies-( League Age 6 to 8) - is coach pitch and an instructional division, players do not have tryouts to play. Game scores and standings are kept and will be used to seed the teams for the end of season tournament, although the primary focus is player development.
Minors- (League Age 9 to 11)- is a competitive kid pitch division. Game scores, and standings are kept and will be used to seed the teams for the end of season tournaments. All players must attend the scheduled evaluation(tryouts) to be eligible for the draft. If player does not attend tryouts or register after 02/10/2020, they will not be part of the draft, but will be “hat picked” and assigned to a team after the draft. They also will not be eligible for All-Star Selections. Keep in mind, the term “tryout” does not mean that any player is “cut” from a team. All players trying out, will be drafted to a team.
Majors- (League Age 10-12)- is a competitive division. Pitching counts, game scores and standings are kept and will be used to seed the teams for the end of season tournaments. Players to this division must attend the scheduled evaluation (tryouts) to be eligible for the draft. 10 and 11-year olds may try-out but are not guaranteed to be drafted to Majors (if not drafted, they will be placed in the Minors division draft pool). Juniors- (League Age 12-14)- Juniors is a competitive division using a conventional 90-foot diamond with a pitching distance of 60 feet, 6 inches.

Legacy Little League Boundaries: In order to play in Legacy Little League you must be a Henderson resident who lives within the boundaries below:
In addition, any child who attends a school located in the league's boundaries is eligible to play in the league regardless of where they live. This includes:
Selma F. Bartlett , David M. Cox, Aggie Roberts, Greenspun Junior High School
*There are a few exceptions, and any of those must be approved by the President of Legacy, as well as Little League, and will require further documentation as needed.
