All registered players MUST have three (3) proofs of residency within specific dates, registration form, birth certificate, medical form & code of conduct.  ALL of these items MUST be in before player can participate in practice and games.

Online Registration

You can register players for Legacy Little League through our online registration portal. There is a link to the registration portal on the homepage of the league's website or by clicking “ Registration for Spring 2020” under this tab. We are mandated under Little League rules to get proper documentation & make sure all players are in our boundaries, which are given to us by Little League or attend a school within our boundaries. There are a few exceptions, and any of those must be approved by the President of Legacy,  and will require further documentation as needed.  During the online registration you will be asked to upload required documentation. Residence shall be established and supported by documents containing the full residence which includes parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state, and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1,  2019  (previous year) and February 1,  2020. (current year), from one or more documents from each of the three Groups outlined below: must upload one documentation from all 3 groups.

GROUP ONE 1. Driver’s License 2. School records 3. Vehicle records (i.e.,registration, lease, etc.) 4. Employment records 5. Insurance documents

GROUP TWO 1. Welfare/child care records 2. Federal records (i.e. Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.) 3. State records 4. Local (municipal) records 5. Support payment records 6. Homeowner or tenant records 7. Military records

GROUP THREE 1. Voter’s Registration 2. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/ sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal) 3. Financial records (i.e. loan, credit, investments, etc.) 4. Medical records 5. Internet, cable, or satellite records

NOTE: Example – Three documents from the same Group (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

School Enrollment Form- Any player who does not reside in the league’s boundaries but attends a school in our league boundaries must have the School Enrollment form completed to be eligible to play in Legacy Little League.

In-Person Player Registration

Legacy Little League will offer in-person registration at Pecos-Legacy Park and Port of Subs.  Player required forms will be provided. These forms are also on our website under “Forms”. Please bring all required documentation to registration: player’s birth certificate, (3) proof of residency(see above), or completed school enrollment form.

Refund Policy

A player may withdraw his/her registration and receive a full refund of the registration fee (minus a $25 service charge) until registration closes.
