SUMMER CAMP CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Premier Soccer Academy completes all check in / check out processes at the River Soccer Club Athletic Facility. Housing assignments will be provided at Check in. After completion of check in campers will depart for their designated houses. The campers are expected to return to the River Soccer Club Athletic Facility by 1:30 after unpacking at their designated houses and acquiring their own lunch. The first meal provided at camp will be Sunday dinner.

Premier Soccer Academy also provides 15 passenger van transportation to and from camp for the Northern Virginia campers. The van transportation generally departs at 7:45 AM the Sunday of camp from a designated location in Northern Virginia and departs from camp approximately 2:00 PM on Thursday of the final day of camp. Transportation to the Premier Soccer Camp is provided each year as a convenience for parents and players to be transported to and from camp. The van options below will help save players and families from driving 3.5+/- hours to the beach, Chesapeake Bay Bridge tolls savings, and gas savings associated with bringing your daughter to / from camp. 

There are three options for utilizing van transportation to / from camp:

1) One Way Van ride to camp ($45.00)
2) One Way Van ride from camp ($45.00)
3) Two Way Van ride to and from camp ($90.00)


GENERAL SUMMER CAMP CURRICULUM

General themes for the week are playing the ball the way you're facing, technical possession oriented soccer, and keeping the game simple. Special note to goalkeepers; we provide specialized keeper training each day for our camp keepers. We have a keeper coach on staff specific for keeper training throughout the week. Our premium keeper training at camp continues to be a major bonus for those attending camp for this specialty position.

Day 1: Technical / Small Sided Play
Noon: Camp Check In
Afternoon #1: Camp Opening Ceremony 
Afternoon #2: Technical Coerver based training (1v1 / 2v2 / 3v3)
Evening: World Cup Format - 5v5 Tournament

Day 2: Attacking with Numbers
Morning: Technical Dribbling and (1v1 / 1v2 / 2v1 / 2v2)
Afternoon #1: College Recruiting Seminar - Guiding the College Bound Athlete and Student
Afternoon #2: Tactical Dribbling - numerous up/down attacking scenarios
Evening: Team Scrimmages vs Local Area Clubs

Day 3: Defending
Morning: Technical Defending - Pressure, Cover, Balance
Afternoon: Afternoon Special Event - Camp Activity held at Jolly Roger Splash Mountain
Evening: Team Scrimmages vs Local Area Clubs

Day 4: Shooting and Finishing / Attacking with Large Numbers
Morning: Technical Goal Scoring
Afternoon #1: Tactical / Group Attacking
Afternoon #2: Scavenger Hunt at Bethany Beach Boardwalk
Evening: Team Scrimmages vs Local Area Clubs

Day 5: Scrimmages and Camp Wrap
Morning: Scrimmage Fest
Noon: Camp Closing Remarks


CAMP PACKING LIST
Welcome to Premier Soccer Camp held at River Soccer Club in Frankfort, Delaware near Fenwick Island/Ocean City, Maryland. Over the years, we have developed a list of items that will maximize your camp experience. In preparation for attending the Premier Soccer Camp, we encourage you to pack the items included on the list below. Our residential housing allows for convenient use of laundry facilities in the rental homes that will be housing our campers. Chaperones on site will be available to guide and assist players with laundry needs during their stay.

Soccer and Casual Gear
Soccer Ball, Shin Guards (required to be worn at all sessions), Soccer Cleats (break them in before camp), Tennis Shoes (no cleats allowed once off the pitch - rest your feet), 5 Pair Shorts, 7 T-Shirts, 5 pair of socks, Swimsuit, Towel, Sweatshirt and Sweatpants for cooler evening wear, Rain Jacket, Bed Attire wear.

Linens
Pillow and pillow Case, Sheets (twin bed), Sleeping Bag or Blanket, Towel and Washcloth.

Toiletries
Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush and Toothpaste, Sunscreen, Bug spray, Female Toiletries.

Other
$30 to $40 Spending Money to be deposited in CAMP BANK (for snacks, drinks, water park and boardwalk visits, and misc.)
Snacks - your favorite snacks can be stored in the kitchen of each home.

Medical Release Form (please complete, sign, and bring to camp check in.)

Note: We recommend that additional valuables such as electronic games, iPads, jewelry, etc. be left at home. Premier Soccer is not liable for loss or damage of any personal equipment or valuables.
