Coach Lo has been a staff coach with Murfreesboro Soccer Club since 2012.

She played high school and club soccer in Michigan, the latter for TKO Premier (now Midwest United FC); she then went on to star for and captain Cumberland University's Soccer Team.

Coach Lo then went on and played semi-pro in the W-League and the WPSL for West Michigan Edge, Kalamazoo Outrage and the Nashville Wolves. She still finds time to play in the MSC adult league from time to time.

She started her coaching career with Red Arrow Soccer Club in 2003, and also staffed Cumberland University Summer Soccer camps. 

She is a fantastic fitness resource; her Bachelor's degree is in strength and conditioning (with minors in  coaching and health), and her Master's degree is in Sport and Exercise Science.

Lo makes home with McCoy, her adorable "fur child."
