The Recreational Adult Soccer Association (RASA) is an Illinois league formed for recreational club players. The league envisions that its clubs are typically community based. Competitions are coed and participants are typically over 28 years of age for the men with some variance for female players down to age 23.
RASA is a member of the Illinois State Soccer Association (ISSA) which is a member of the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA), an affiliate of US Soccer (United State Soccer Federation), and RASA players are covered under the USASA's secondary medical insurance policy.
RASA is a not-for-profit Illinois Corporation formed to facilitate the ongoing play of adult soccer players in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Outdoor games are played on turf fields at Olympic Park in Schaumburg.
