For 2020/21 soccer season, South Jersey Soccer League is using USClub cards.  All carding information is collected by the coaches.  Please get a photo, copy of birth certificate and the USClub waiver form to your coach.  The USClub waiver is available for download at the bottom of the MUSA home page or from this link USClub Registration form.




Use below link for MUSA administrators to obtain NJYS player cards.  This is required for all players in EDP leagues or competing in State Cup games.
