Tournament Team Check In Information
All team check in will be done via GotSport.
There will be NO FRIDAY OR SATURDAY team check in. All team check in documents must be uploaded by midnight, March 4, 2023
***NO PICTURES OF DOCUMENTS ONLY PDF’S. TO MAKE PDF’S COPY THE PICTURE INTO A WORD FILE AND SAVE AS A PDF. ANYTHING NOT IN A PDF WILL BE REJECTED AND DELETED!!***
What you will need to upload into the GotSport system:
USYSA Requirements (MYSA, IYSA, etc.)
- Official State Roster (signed) - All registered teams-This is the roster given to you with your player cards. Please cross through any player not playing in this tournament. Write in any guest players on the bottom.
- Medical Releases
- UPLOADED AS ONE FILE. NO INDIVIDUAL FILES PERMITTED
- Player ID Cards (uploaded but you must also have them at EVERY game)
- Travel Permit – If traveling from outside of Illinois. All Missouri teams will need a travel permit.
- Guest Player Forms-if required by your state
US Club Requirements (NON USYSA Teams)
- Official State Roster (signed) - Please cross through any player not playing in this tournament. Write in any guest players on the bottom.

Instructions for uploading to GotSport (in this order):
- Go to gotsport website
- Login and select team management.
- Click on Team then team registration.
- Click on the link to the March Meltdown
- Click on registration then edit.
- You choose which file you are uploading to the system
- You can browse your computer for files
- Once you upload a file, you will see it on the left
- Upload everything that is required (see above)
