Gateway Rush is currently seeking a TD/Operations Manager to join our staff in Southern IL (Just 10 miles from St. Louis, MO).  Gateway Rush is a member of Rush Soccer, a worldwide soccer club formed in 2002 with more than 43,000 youth players throughout the U.S. and numerous international Rush teams throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.  Gateway Rush is one of the top clubs in the Metro East area and is looking to grow.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of coaching experience
• Minimum USSF National "C" coaching license (or USC/UEFA equivalent)
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Proven track record of program management
• Ability to multi-task and experience growing membership
• Successful in player development.

We are currently looking for highly motivated coaches & trainers to join our staff. Both head coach and part-time positions are available. Roles and teams vary based on experience and commitment.

Requirements:

• Grassroots, USSF 'D' License or higher preferred but willing to work with enthusiastic individuals looking to get into coaching
• Previous experience in coaching youth soccer preferred but not necessary
• Afternoon/evening hours on weekdays and weekend hours
• Background playing soccer at the high school, college or professional level desired

Pay is based on licensing and experience
