Sponsorships

Are you interested in becoming a sponsor of Shadow Mountain Little League and making a difference in the lives of hundreds of children every year? Shadow Mountain Little League is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A large percentage of the SMLL's budget is built upon donations and scholarships. Your tax-deductible donation will help SMLL continue to support youth baseball in the community. Please see our new sponsorship application and reach out to us if you have any questions. All sponsorships must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the DEADLINES to submit this?

- All team sponsorships must be made at least 10 business days prior to Opening Day in order to get board approval, accommodate banner/jersey orders.
-All other league sponsorships can be done any time of the year.

How long does my sponsorship last? Your league sponsorship is good for 1 full year. All team sponsorships are for one season only.

Can I choose who gets my sponsorship funds for scholarship? No, all scholarships are approved by the Board of Directors. If you have suggestions, or know a specific person in need who would benefit from your sponsorship funding, you can E-mail us at [email protected]

How do I submit my form? The fastest way to be processed would be to scan and email your form to [email protected] with subject line "SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION". Alternatively, all forms can be given to a coach or board member. Mailed forms will need longer processing times as we only check our mailbox weekly.

When do I pay? You will receive an e-mail back from our Marketing Director informing you of the sponsorship approval. Once you have received this confirmation we can set up a time for you to meet with a board member or send a check to SMLL via mail. All check's must be made out to Shadow Mountain Little League. Once we have received the funds, you will get a signed copy of your sponsorship form to use for your records.
