Academy in Training (AIT) is a specialized training program for  players aged 5 to 12 years old. AIT is designed for players to experience the Soccer Academy format at an earlier age. The goal is to find those players who love the game, are excelling at an early age, and provide them with a more structured and competitive experience.

For those who are not familiar with the Academy In Training Program, the focus is on developing the basic soccer techniques and skills. The majority of the time is spent with one player and one soccer ball, allowing maximum touches and time on the ball. It is an environment that is centered around player development, and focuses on getting each player comfortable and confident with the soccer ball in all facets of the game.

In this hour and a half we plan to spend 45 – 60 minutes on basic technical skill development, while incorporating a fun, and competitive environment that is productive for the age level we are targeting. We plan to hold small-sided games in the last 30 – 45 minutes for a more competitive environment than the players experience in their current Recreational games.
