1. Print out 1601 registration form and mail it to MRYSL with payment
2. Stop by the MRYSL office or attend a registration event

• Players will be grouped based on their CALENDAR-YEAR age. This change has been mandated by our governing associations.
• We will continue to have both online and paper registrations.
• Fees: New registration fees are $120 for one player and $110 for each additional sibling.
• Refunds: The only way to receive a refund is to notify the league in writing by August 31st. If your child was already placed on a team, there is a $25.00 service fee deducted from the refund. The only acceptable reasons for a refund are:
  • Child becomes ill or injured & is unable to participate in games
  • Moving out of the area prior to season
• Volunteer Requirement:   All teams will be responsible for staffing the concessions booth, setting up fields, or field clean-up on one Saturday.  Parents will be notified of the team's dates and duties by their child's coach.

Important General Instructions for those registering in person or by mail:

1. Complete a 1601 registration form or print and fill out 2 copies from our website. Make sure you sign the medical release.
2. Please enter your email address in the appropriate space; we use email for most of our league communication.
3. Complete a separate registration form for each child.
4.  All new players must show proof of birth date.  MRYSL serves children ages 4-17. Age groups are determined by year of birth. Acceptable proof: birth certificate, passport, alien registration card, or Medi­Cal card.
