Vicky Hall joined Gunston Soccer Club as the Director of Coaching in June 2015. Recently Coach Hall Served as the Director of Youth Development and Director of Girls Coaches at PWSI. Coach Hall also served 8 years with Loudoun Soccer where she was the Youth Academy Director of Coaching. As the Youth Academy Director of Coaching, she developed an enhanced curriculum for player development, cultivated a high-quality pool of coaches, and assisted in the coordination of the TTA program. 

Coach Hall has had a wide range of exposure to different coaching philosophies and techniques over the past 25 years, both in the United States and abroad. She is a native of Glasgow, Scotland and came to the United States in 1998 on a full scholarship to Northwood University in Dallas, Texas. While attending Northwood, Vicky was a four year starter and made Captain as a sophomore. 

Coach Hall has been the head coach of multiple nationally ranked travel teams and has had a number of players be picked for the US Youth National Team Player Pool.
