ROSTER

1. Recommended roster sizes: Junior (8-11). Lower (10-14). Upper (11-15).
2. A minimum of 7 players (including GK) is needed to play a game (lower)
3. A minimum of 8 players (including GK) is needed to play a game (upper)
4. The opposing coach does not have to play down to a short-handed team.
5. Once on a roster, players are not permitted to play for any other Rec.  team in the league. This includes the playoffs.
6. If a town has more than one team in any division, it is required that the travel players are spread evenly amongst those teams (No stacked teams).

GAME DAY

1. It is recommended that all teams arrive to the field at least 30 min. before  kick-off.
2. Parents/spectators are not allowed to be on the same side of the field as the team/coaches.
3. A team no-show or showing up to the field without the minimum  number of players will result in a forfeit (10 min. grace period)
4. The home team is responsible for providing a referee, a well lined field and a safe environment to play in.
5. Coaches from both teams are required to e-mail the results of the completed games and any yellow/red card infractions.
6. A game becomes official when the teams have played to at least the mid-way point of the 2nd half.
7. In the event of a rain shortened game that is not yet official, the game will need to be replayed in its entirety.
8. Mid-week games in September will start at 5:30. Mid-week games in October will start at 5:00 (Excluding Winsted home games. 6:00) Saturday games will be at 9:00 for lower, 10:30 for upper and Noon for junior.

MERCY RULE

Although we hope that all games are competitive, we realize that in some cases, games may become one sided. Please remember that we are not here to embarrass any other team or coach.

The following rule will apply:
1. There will be a 6 goal mercy rule.
2. If a team wins by more than 6 goals, that team will lose the game.
