Julie was very impressed with the OV LAX organization while watching her young kids play over the last year.  She decided to get involved by volunteering to be the the Board Treasurer.  Julie has a B.S. in Finance from ASU (but please don’t hold that against her!) and has been the treasurer of multiple other organizations over the years.

My name is Bobbie Farrell, and this is my 6th season being involved with Lacrosse. My son Justin starting playing in the 6th grade at that time there was only Jr. High and High School teams, now he is in 10th grade and still loves playing this sport. It has been great watching the Oro Valley Lacrosse Club grow each year adding more grades to the program. My daughter Bridget is excited to be a part of the girls program starting this season. OVLC is happy to bring back the H.S. team welcome back Wolverines. Last season I managed the JV Lacrosse team at Mountain View. All of these boys have enjoyed learning this sport here at OVLC and are exciting to have the H.S. team come back to their roots. I will be managing the H.S. program this season and look forward to working with the players, coaches and parents. This Lacrosse program could not exist without the help of our parents, thank you so much for your support it is so appreciated by OVLC board members.

Doug is a former college football player (GO Air Force!) and has a passion for coaching youth sports.  His love of lacrosse blossomed over the last year after watching his nephews and his kids play.  Doug is a very busy F-16 pilot at the AZ Air National Guard, but you’ll definitely see him helping out at as many games as he’s able to attend
