Real Athletic Development
Real Athletic Development Football Club (RAD) was founded in 2012 along the Emerald Coast of Florida in Destin with a focus on competitive youth soccer that works for both the players and the parents. The club understands the dynamics of a club. That’s why we actively talk with parents to see how things are going and keep them involved in their teams’ decisions.
All of our coaches are soccer players, meaning they understand the game more than the average textbook coach. You can’t instruct at a higher level on how the game is played unless you’ve been in these kid’s shoes. So in a sense they are like grown-up kids, still playing the game that they learned to love when young.
Having played on just about every patch of grass in northwest Florida we can rightly say one of our greatest assets is Morgans Sports Complex located in Destin, Florida. Professionally maintained by the brilliant staff of the City of Destin, Recreation Sports department, it accommodates all of our teams with perfect grass, goals for 6v6, 8v8 and 11v11 teams, clean restrooms and central location along Hwy 98.
