On-line Registration
Woodstock Little League is encouraging On-line Registration by simply clicking on the Registration tab. Online registrations are now open for all ages. Please direct any questions to Jenn Barrette via email [email protected] or Will McKay at [email protected]
You will be able to submit all paperwork online and then pay via check or payment plan. The league still encourages prompt credit card payments so we can cover our pre-season expenses.

Players are encouraged to register online. Those who do not register on-line MUST contact the league. Challenger Division Players must fill out the registration form for that division.
Players must reside, or attend school, within the Woodstock Little League boundaries to be eligible to participate in the league. Review the boundary map to verify a player’s eligibility.
Players will be placed into a division based on their age. See the age determination chart to see what division a player will be placed in.
Players may make a special request to play up or down a division. Requests will be made on a case by case basis and will be based solely on playing ability. For details on making a special request, review the player movement request form. Players must make this request by email at [email protected] Players must also attend a mandatory tryout, the date is still TBD.

There is a processing fee charged to all credit card transactions. This does not go to the league.

Nonresident players are charged an additional $25. Players who live outside the Woodstock City Limits are considered nonresident players. This charge helps offset the field fees incurred for nonresident players.

Players are expected to participate in our fundraiser. Players not participating in the fundraiser are charged an additional $75.
|
|
Families with multiple players in our league will receive a $25 discount, for each child, after the first fully paid registration

Late Registration must be done on-line after March 1st. Any registration received after March 1st is considered late and will be assessed a $25 Late Fee. The player has no guarantee of being placed on a team. Late registrants will be placed on a team only if there are positions available. This is done on a first come first serve basis.
