Volunteer Opportunities

RBF is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, not affiliated with -- or funded by -- any other public or private organization. The success of our organization is directly tied to the generosity of parents who kindly give their time and skills.  We always welcome the input and assistance of any interested party. Volunteers are the life-blood of our organization. RBF has a long history of dedicated and caring volunteers.

Please consider volunteering your talents for one of the many opportunities:

Volunteer Fee Reimbursement (From the Registration Flyer):

A parent, guardian, or representative has the option of either working the snack shack or umpiring to fulfill the family volunteer obligation for families with players registered in T-Ball through Pony League. The RBF requires one $50.00 Volunteer Fee per family to be paid at registration. This Volunteer Fee will be reimbursed upon satisfying the family volunteer responsibilities, which will include working the snack shack twice or umpiring twice per family during the regular season through playoffs. Please allow two weeks after you have worked the second time for a refund check to be processed; it can be picked up at the Bradshaw Snack Shack after that time.

Those electing to work the snack shack will have the opportunity to sign up at Bradshaw Park during selected
practices in April or on Opening Day. A maximum of two parents will be scheduled to work at a time at Bradshaw Park and one at a time at Franklin Park. In the event you have chosen to work the snack shack or umpire and fail to honor the commitment, your Volunteer Fee will not be reimbursed. No partial refunds will be given. Those electing to umpire Little League or Mustang League games will be assigned two games to umpire the bases during the regular season. Please contact your child’s coach when the schedules are distributed to determine the games you are assigned to umpire. If you are not able to umpire the assigned games you must make arrangements to have those games covered or switch with another parent.
