All players at the competitive levels (Midget, Jr. & Sr.)  will be required to attend the evaluations in order to be placed on the appropriate team. Players whom do not attend these evaluations, or do not make other arrangements with the board to be evaluated, will be placed on a team based on availability and not necessarily on skill level. If you cannot attend the scheduled evaluation dates, please contact Moe Frye at [email protected] or Joey Hickey at [email protected] as soon as possible to discuss alternate arrangements.

Evaluations will be as follows: 
 
March 4th @ Ron Tonkin Field (home of the Hillsboro Hops) 
  - Midgets 745 to 915

  - Juniors and Seniors 930 to 1115

ATTENTION:  There will be a VERY important parent meeting during the evaluations, so please plan for at least one parent to remain at the field. 
 
***All players must be completely registered and accounts must be paid in full before participating in evaluations. For players that register at the field on the evaluation day an additional $10 charge will be added to their registration fee.  There will be no refunds on registration fees after a player has participated in the evaluation process. Certain situations may allow for exceptions to this (ex: injury, move, etc.), but will be decided upon by the Liberty Youth Baseball board members.
