Dear RBF Membership,

I hope this message finds you well and filled with the same excitement that we have here at RBF. Your unwavering support over the past few years has propelled us to incredible heights, and we couldn't be more grateful for your dedication to our cause.

We're thrilled to share some fantastic news with you – our recent Night at the Races event was an unprecedented success! With record-breaking attendance and an overwhelming show of support from our community, we've not only surpassed our previous achievements but also set new standards for excellence. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, whether by selling tickets, sponsoring, or lending a helping hand in organizing the event. Your efforts have made a tangible difference in our mission.

One question we often receive is, "Where does all the money go?" We're proud to say that besides sustaining our day-to-day operations, we've undertaken several significant projects in recent seasons. Many of you have noticed the enhancements we've made to the snack shack, and last year, we successfully revamped the roofing on our dugouts.

However, we've heard your requests loud and clear, and we're excited to announce our next ambitious endeavor – bringing lights to Bradshaw Park! After months of diligent planning and collaboration with North Sewickley Township, we've received official approval to move forward with this transformative project. Special thanks to Secretary Lisa Crespo and the Supervisors for their invaluable support throughout this process.

Thanks to a generous anonymous $10,000 donation, along with your steadfast support over the years, we've secured a substantial portion of the funding needed to complete this project. We're also grateful to Koppers for donating the lighting poles, which brings us one step closer to realizing our vision.

But we need your help to cross the finish line. We've devised some exciting opportunities for our community to leave their mark on this monumental project:

1. Donation Board: For a minimum donation of $100, you can have a name added to our official RBF In Recognition board. Whether it's your name, your children's, a beloved relative, or even a favorite board member (wink, wink), this is a chance to be forever commemorated as a supporter of RBF. Businesses can also secure a spot for a minimum donation of $250. Your donation will brighten not just the field, but also your commitment to the game and our community.
   
   
2. Sponsor a Pole: While we're fortunate to have received donated poles from Koppers, there are still costs associated with their installation. For a donation of $1000, you can have the naming rights to one of our poles, leaving a lasting legacy for your family or business. We will proudly commemorate your support with a personalized plaque to be permanently displayed on the pole you choose to sponsor.     
   
   
3. Spirit Wear: Proudly display your support of the project by purchasing an official “Light the Night” RBF T-Shirt for a minimum donation of $30.00 each. All proceeds raised will be donated specifically for the lighting project. This will be an amazing keepsake and will allow you to wear a piece of history everywhere you go!
