Coach/Manager Information

First, we want to thank you for volunteering to be a coach. Without you, there would be no teams. Second, we want to help male you job as easy as possible. Third, we need at least one coach who is 20 or older on the bench (in other words, if you are not at least 20, add another coach who is). Fourth, your primary job is to make sure the players all play and have fun.

U16 & U19 League Registration Information

You have a number of options to register for North Indoor Soccer. The following give instructions for each option. Remember in the U16 and U19 Leagues you can put together your own team or register as an individual and we will try to find a team for you. If you are registering a team you must complete the

NIS Team Registration form complete them listing and each player must complete a U16 & U19 NIS Individual Registration Form. On the Player Form make sure they your team. If you decide to add a player after you send in your team registration that lists your players, just contact us to let us know who you have added.

How to Register as a Player

You can register in three different ways:

1. Online registration.
2. Download forms and mail them to us.
3. Go to an in-person registration.

How to Register a Team

Each player must register individually and each team must submit a Team Registration form.

Reserve Your Teams Spot Today

Every year we have teams that can't play because they registered too late or were the last team to register and we had to drop them because we ended up with an odd number of teams. Don't let that happen to your team! Follow the following steps to make sure your team has a spot in your league.

Early Reservation
Send us an email letting us know that you are forming a team - 2019 NIS Team Notice Email.

In your email, please provide the following information:
League:
Team Name:
Team Contact (name, phone and email):
Team Coach (if different than Team Contact)(name, phone and email):

You can also let us know if you are still looking for players and we can direct players to you that are looking for a team. If you have any other questions or concerns we would be happy to help you.

Once we receive your early registration email, we will tentatively reserve a spot for you in the league and will work with you to make sure you get your team organized and registered.

Locking-in Your Team Spot
League priority is determined by your teams "lock-in date". Your team can lock-in date is based on when NIS receives:

1. Your completed Team Registration Form.

2. Seven completed Individual Registration Forms with their registration fee (at least 2 must be from girls).

If we have an even number of teams, all teams that locked-in will play. If we have an odd number of teams, the last team that locked-in will not be able to play and their registration fees will be returned. If we have an odd number of teams, we will do everything we can to add another team but we cannot guarantee success.

Team Shirt Choice
As an added bonus, teams with an early priority date will get to chose their team color from a list of colors in the order of their priority. In other words, if you want neon yellow, hot pink or any of the other popular shirt colors, register early!

Online Registration

To Register Online, simply go to the Online Registration section below, click your league and follow the instructions. You can register one or more players in one session.

Go to the Registration Page to find the Individual Player Registration forms. Use the PDF Formfill forms if you want to complete them on the computer. Use the PDF Hardcopy forms if you want to complete them by hand.
