You can register by mail by simply downloading the registration form, completing and signing the form and mailing it to us together with your payment to 14500 Bowers Dr NW, Anoka, MN 55303. Registration forms can be found below. 

PDF Formfill forms can be downloaded and completed on your computer. PDF Hardcopy forms can be downloaded, printed out and completed by hand.

Every player must register individually and if you are entering a team in the U16 & U19 or Adult Leagues, you must also complete a Team Registration Forms.

IN PERSON REGISTRATIONS

Our 2018 in-person registrations are as follows:

     Saturday, Jan 19th       11:00am - 2:00pm
     Wednesday, Jan 23th   6:00pm - 7:30pm
     Saturday, Jan 26th       11:00am - 2:00pm

All registrations will be held at the Anoka Ice Arena. 

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS

You can register for any league online. When you register you will be taken to your account home page. If you have not previously set up an account, you can easily create one. On your account, you can register multiple players.  

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

A $10 Late Fee will be charged for Registrations (with payment) received after January 27, 2019 and a $30 Returned Check Fee will be charged for all returned checks.
