Fall 2016 Players must also attend one of the above registrations and pay $10 renewal fee.
(Returning Fall 16 players do not need to fill out or bring application forms.)
****Sibling discount. $10 off for second player from same household. $20 off for third player from same household. Discount will continue for additional siblings from same household until minimum registration fee of $50.00 reached.
LATE REGISTRATION is Closed: Any registrations accepted after February 25 will be $90. No discounts will be applied after this date! Late registration is closed.
SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY!!!! You can save additional $10 PER PLAYER: just complete your application online at eAYSO prior to attending one of our registration dates, print out 2 copies of ALL registration forms and bring them with you. (Discount does not apply after February 25.)
(MAC Users: If forms will not print, change export options to PDF file from the print menu. Save PDF to your computer. Then open the PDF in Acrobat or Preview and print forms.)
How To Register
AYSO Region 572 uses an online registration system called eAYSO. This registration system can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. All players must be registered through this system. You can complete your application online ahead of time, print out 2 copies of each form and bring to one of our registration dates, you will get a discount. Or you can complete your application during our registration using one of our computers, the full registration fee will apply.

For players & volunteers who have not signed up online before:
On the main screen, click on the button labeled Create an account.
- Onscreen directions will guide you through the process. You will need to have an active email account.
- SCROLL DOWN! Many of the data screens extend below the bottom of your monitor. Use the Page Down key or the down arrow key to be sure you’ve scrolled to the bottom of each page.
- When asked to choose a region, follow the directions to enter the region number - 572.
- Our region is completely volunteer run. We would really appreciate your help! you can mark what area would interest you.
- The information in any field marked with a red asterisk is required.
- You’re not finished until you’ve clicked on Submit AND printed your forms. Then bring them to one of our registration events.

- After entering your email and password, click on the button labeled Log In. There are links on this screen if you’ve forgotten them
- On the screens that follow, check to see if any of the information needs to be changed. Read each of the screens carefully. Scroll to the bottom of each screen. Many of the data screens extend below the bottom of your monitor. Use the scroll bar, the Page Down key or the down arrow key to be sure you’ve scrolled to the bottom of each page.
- You’re not finished until you’ve clicked on Submit AND printed your forms. Then bring them to one of our registration events.
