COVID-19 Update!

Every player will have a form filled out (by parent) to indicate the family recognizes the risks of playing youth sports during this time. Before coming to practice/games please check your child's temperature. If their temperature is above 100.0^F, or they have any COVID-19 symptoms, do not attend the practice/game and inform the coach immediately. It is imperative that parents and players be honest about any illness. A COVID-19 monitoring form will be filled out at the beginning of each practice by a parent or coach. The coach is to hold onto the monitoring form throughout the season.

If a player comes in contact with someone that tests positive for COVID they are supposed to follow CDC quarantine guidelines of 14 days. If a player is showing signs/symptoms of COVID they should see their Primary Care Physician and have a COVID test.

Please, follow the CDC/Ohio Health Department guidelines for quarantine if you suspect you (the parent) or your player has COVID-19.
