Parents,

The spring soccer season has officially been canceled due to the COVID requirements. We have worked with several vendors to attempt to recover all the funds that were spent in anticipation of the spring season. We have also had to determine the best way to issue refunds. While we were not able to recover all the funds, we have made a decision on how we will proceed with the refund process.

To obtain a refund please email your name, address, and your players' name(s) to [email protected] so that we know we have a current address on file. All requests for reimbursement must be made by May 24, 2020. We will then try our best to have checks issued by June 13. No refunds will be issued without a request. If you are in a position to be able to donate, any funds not reimbursed will be used to cover the costs that we were not able to recover. Any amount over that will be used for equipment and field maintenance in future seasons.

Due to player age groupings and the potential lingering impact the COVID crisis may have, we will not be rolling registrations to the fall season. Since the current order will prohibit use of the fields until June 30, we will be delaying the start of fall registration. For this reason, the fall season will have an abbreviated registration period that will be determined as more information is available.
