VXS Organization
Virginia Xtreme Sports (VXS) is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to offering amateur youth players an opportunity to play competitive sports including flag football, basketball and other sports on a regional platform. The club is dedicated to the development of a player’s skill, competitiveness and character. The objective is to instill in each player the various skills and traits needed to succeed in life; long after a player’s competitive athletic career ends.
VXS Mission
To provide competitive regional travel sports (flag football, basketball, etc.) programs that develop the next generation of youth athletes into high performance, well trained, highly disciplined, and competitive players while they grow and develop physically, mentally and emotionally. We are organized to coach, mentor, and lead our players to become productive and responsible citizens. The players in our program are expected to excel in the classroom, the community, at home and on the field.
VXS Philosophy
We stress character development and promote an environment that emphasizes player’s accountability and responsibility, increases their self-esteem; all while guiding each player to reach their full potential within a team environment.

Community Out-reach Program
The club deems it is an important element in developing each member’s character by having them participate in giving back to the less fortunate members of our community. As such we will have quarterly participation by players, coaches and families with approved charitable organizations. VXS will identify a list of approved charities; which each team can adopt for the year. The club will identify two primary charities that the entire club will participate and work to support in the community. Each team will be required to participate twice a year with their respective charity and twice a year with the club identified primary charity.
