SDA Montclair offers various different Adult Leagues for you to participate in throughout the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
All leagues are played in the following format:
- Field Size: 65 x 35
- 7 v 7 (6 outfield, 1 GK)
- 45 minute games
- League Format (with Playoffs)
