Banneker City Little League is a 100% volunteer organization. Please help us provide your children with the best Little League experience possible.
Umpire
Aside from calling balls and strikes, safe or out, umpires are responsible for teaching players good sportsmanship and the rules of the game. Umpires are also called upon to interpret rules and help settle minor disputes that may occur during games. The umpire is in charge of the field and game upon arrival.
To receive umpire training, uniform and equipment, please contact our League Umpire-In-Chief, Russell Washington at [email protected].
