Wissahickon Connie Mack is a travel baseball league where Ambler Junior Baseball (AJB) holds the charter. This league is open to baseball players ages 13 to 39 that reside in Ambler, Lower Gwynedd and Whitpain. There are several levels of play available (see below) and you register through AJB’s site

1) Connie Mack Spring (ages 13-16) is generally more relaxed and less competitive with no playoffs for the B1, B and C divisions. This spring league begins early April ends in mid-May and runs for about 10 games only on weekends. This is prior to the normal summer league which begins late May. The cost is lower than summer and the cutoff date to register for this league is in early February. There are no cuts as everyone makes the team.
Note: In 2015 we had two B1 teams and two B teams.
2) Connie Mack Summer (ages 13-16) runs late May through end of July. There are many more teams, it is much more competitive (A, B1, B, C1 and C divisions) and there are playoffs. Games can be any day of the week. The cutoff date to register for this league is in mid-March. There are cuts as everyone does not make the team.
Note: In 2013 we had one B1 team, two B teams and one C team. One B team made it deep in the playoffs and the B1 team played in the championship game losing by only one run! Great season to all!
3) Senior Connie Mack (ages 17-19) runs June and July and began in 2013. There are playoffs and runs for about 12 games. The cost is the same as summer. The cutoff date to register for this league is in mid-April. Games are only on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Note: In 2013 we entered one team which won the championship game! Well deserved!
4) Senior Connie Mack (ages 20-39) runs June and July. There are playoffs and runs for about 16 games. The cost is the same as summer. The cutoff date to register for this league is in mid-April. Games are only on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Note: In 2013 we had one team.
5) Connie Mack Fall (ages 13-16) is similar to spring. The fall league (A, B and C divisions) begins mid-September and runs for about 12 games ending late October. The cost is the same as spring. The cutoff date to register for this league is in early August. There are no cuts as everyone makes the team.
Note: In 2013 we had one A team, two B teams and two C teams.
