Adhering to the philosophies of our parent organization, American Youth Soccer Organization, the Bonita Matrix Soccer Club strives to provide a world class youth soccer program that enrich the lives of our players in a family environment. We believe that all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.

Our coaching staff is committed to the highest quality soccer experience. We believe that individual skills and tactical training contribute to a well-rounded player. As player development is paramount to the success of each individual and the team for which he or she plays, we demand a commitment from each player to practice and play the right way. We require each player to:

• Focus on education. Soccer is important, but school comes first.
• Always display the utmost in good sportsmanship.
• Treat teammates, coaches, and referees with respect 100% of the time.
• Represent our club well in the community. Respect for others does not stop when you leave the field.
• Practice with the intent of improving; play with the intent of winning.
