Registration for the Fall 2017 Fall Soccer Season

Parents can now  preregister your players online. It is easy to do and saves you time. AYSO's online registration tool can be found at www.eayso.org.


This process takes about 10 minutes. Please Note: We are Region 1187. Please select American Canyon (1187) from the drop down menu when registering your players.

Once done, simply print a copy of the completed registration form, sign, and give the completed signed forms, along with your registration fees and a copy of your child's birth certificate (for age verification), to your American Canyon AYSO Registration Administrator.

All Fall Season registration events will be held at the American Canyon Boys and Girls Club unless noted by registration date. Their address is:

Your registration will not be deemed complete until you have provided proof of your child's age, selected your Uniform Sizes, AND submit the registration payment.

Early Bird Registration: March 1, 2016 through April 30, 2016	$115 per player	Uniform is $50 is you do not currently own a red/white AYSO  uniform.
Registration: May 1, 2016 onward	$130 per player	Uniform is $50 is you do not currently own a red/white AYSO  uniform.

Once again, to complete registration, you will need the following:

          1.  One (1) copy of the completed registration form 
          2.  A copy of your player's birth certificate
                  This is used for age verification.
          3.  A check, cash, or money order for player fees. 
                   Please make checks out to American Canyon AYSO.

Win a Full Day Challenger Summer Soccer Camp Registration

Volunteer and enter a drawing for a full week of Soccer Camp for one of your players!   All parents or adult gaurdians who volunteer as a coach, assistant coach, or referee will have their name entered into a drawing for one of the Challenger Soccer Camps this summer. 

The drawing for the Summer Soccer Camp Registration will take place at 2 PM on May 21st.  The Summer Soccer Camp dates can be found on the Summer Soccer Camp tab on this website.

Refunds

If you must withdraw your player from the AYSO season, please read and be advised of the following refund policy. AYSO does adhere to the following time-based policy regarding refunds.

Time of Refund request	Refund Amount
Prior to Team Assignment (July 1 for the Fall Season)	Amount paid at registration, less a $20 administrative fee *
Prior to Opening Day (First weekend of September for Fall Season)	50% of Fees paid at registration *
After Opening Day (First game)	No Refund

AYSO Region 1187 needs ALL refund correspondence to be addressed to [email protected] AND [email protected]. We do not accept texts, or verbal requests for refunds. Refunds will be made by check and sent to your home address. AYSO will not make a cash refund. 

AYSO does not provide a refund for damaged player uniforms or personal equipment that was purchased by the player or family.

* Registration fee includes a $50 uniform deposit. Once uniforms are ordered (June 30th) this fee is non recoverable. Any qualified refunds must deduct the uniform fee from the total BEFORE any refund can be provided.  Refunds will then be based on the new reduced value.
