About Pat: Coach Letts has played soccer from his youth through college and has over 15 years of youth coaching experience. Pat worked for D.C. United for 3 years and is currently the Director of Coaching for the Baltimore Wolves and Head Coach of the Patapsco Boys Varsity team. He is co-owner and operations director for Mighty Kicks Baltimore, a mobile soccer program designed to build motor skills, self-confidence and basic soccer techniques.
Pat is a "D" and "E" US Soccer licensed coach with an NSCAA Levels I, II, V, VI and GK Level I diplomas.

About Frank: Coach Dileonardi is an avid soccer player, coach and fan. He has been coaching youth soccer since the late 90s. Frank has just been named Assistant Coach for the McDaniel Mens Soccer Team. Previously, Frank was an Assistant Coach with Patapsco High School Boys Varsity Team. Frank is the co-founder of the Baltimore Wolves and the technical director for Mighty Kicks Baltimore. Mighty Kicks is a mobile soccer program designed to build motor skills, self-confidence and basic soccer techniques.
Frank is a "D" and "E" US Soccer licensed coach with an NSCAA Levels II and VI diplomas.
