2026 Oswego Youth Tackle Football and Cheer (OYTF)

PROGRAM PURPOSE
The purpose of Panther Pride Cheer is to expand access to cheerleading by offering an adaptive program that meets the needs of athletes who may not be best served by traditional or competitive cheer programs. This program supports the organization’s mission of inclusion, community engagement, and youth development by ensuring all children have an opportunity to participate.

OVERVIEW
Panther Pride Cheer is a non-competitive cheer program designed for students in grades 2–8 who benefit from additional support, structure, or adapted instruction. The program is intended for athletes with disabilities or unique learning needs and provides an inclusive, supportive environment focused on confidence, teamwork, and participation.

Athletes will learn cheer skills while building social connections and a sense of belonging within our Panther community. The program emphasizes encouragement, safety, and positive experiences over performance or competition.
