Lebanon Little League (LLL) Baseball and Softball is about more than just a game.  It is game with a purpose, where teamwork, leadership, and values are taught.  Baseball and softball embody the discipline of teamwork. They challenge players toward perfection of physical skills and bring into play the excitement of tactics and strategy. The very nature of baseball and softball also teach that while every player eventually strikes out or is on the losing team, there is always another chance for success in the next at-bat or game.

We pride ourselves in creating the premier instructional environment for youth in our community to be active and learn values that are important to our families.  We are driven by the volunteerism and support of our families, community leaders, businesses, and individuals.   The foundation of our Little League is build on values like Character, Courage, and Loyalty.

By learning the value of teamwork, players can develop life-long character tracts to make them good citizens, team members, and hard-workers.  Through role models and good sportsmanship, the youth of LLL are surrounded by an environment to foster the character tracts our families seek for our youth.	By experiencing new challenges and adversity, the youth of LLL develop a sense of self-awareness and courage.  Youth are surrounded by positive role models to help them develop the skills and courage to tackle challenges in life by doing their very best.	By being played in a tremendous team environment, youth of LLL develop a strong quality of loyalty to those around them including team members, coaches, and parents as they look for help to develop through skills and succeed.
