August 17, 2019 - Durango, CO - As part of our Go Out And Lead (GOAL) program Rio Rapids Durango Soccer Club held the 2nd Annual "Service, Soccer, & Socks" partnering with Bronson Family McDonald's and the Durango School District 9-R for their Community Cares Day. This is a club wide service project day where we support 9-R and help them get ready for the upcoming school year. Our energetic group of volunteers makes a positive impact on the schools! We had teams Durango High School, Riverview Elementary,  Park Elementary, and Animas Valley clearing ditch line, undercutting some bushes, pulling weeds and picking up trash.
