Welcome to CYBA Summer season registration!

Summer Season 2024 Registration will begin March 20th through April 30th, 2024. 
DROP DEAD SIGN UP DATE WILL BE APRIL 30th, NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Summer Season is a designed to help players develop their skills to improve their game.  The league offers 60 foot, 70 foot, and 90 foot divisions.  With the new 70' division in place ages will be as follows. We are also offering a new league in the Select league, which will offer kids the chance to play at the highest skill levels, while still developing leadership and player growth. We are excited to get more kids the chance to play as we continue to expand with summer rec ball, player clinics, and so much more.

IN PERSON Registrations

CYBA will host 2 In-Person registrations for the spring baseball program. These events are put on by the CYBA Board Members and our amazing sponsors. We will be able to accept cash or Debit/Credit at the time of registration. Board Members will be on site to answer any questions or assist with registration. There will be jersey and hat samples on site. Please note the dates below and we cannot wait to see you there!

in person registration from 12pm-4pm. 

Saturday Feb 25th: Nampa Dicks Sporting Goods (address)
in person registration from 12-4pm. Coupons for 20% off, on site and available to use on anything in the store.

2024 CYBA Summer Season (ages 8-15)

**Select League division/teams – The top players in each age division (9u-13u) will be given the opportunity to play against other highly skilled local baseball teams from around the valley, in the spring, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. The Select League spring season will consist of approximately a 12-game regular season followed by a double elimination end of season tournament and will run from Late February through Mid-May. If a player wishes to play up and try out for an older team, it needs to be the consensus of the evaluators that said player be in top 5 for that upper team and be able to play a majority of the time for the upper team. This division requires an additional registration fee that will be assigned to the player profile once try outs are completed and the player is assigned to a Select League team.
-These teams will be developed and assessed to play for Caldwell Youth Baseball ALL STARS in the summer competitive league-



Babe Ruth division - Players ages 13-15 will play against other local leagues that have a Babe Ruth program. This league is on a full size 90' base path and 60' pitching distance. This division is geared towards getting kids ready for the next level of baseball at the high school level!


AAA division/teams – The top players, aged 11-12, in each local league will play against other local AAA division teams in the spring, as part of a competitive division, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. This division is played on a 70' base path and 50' pitching distance. The AAA season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season followed by an end of season tournament and will run from late March through Mid-May.
-These teams are developed to build growth with potential future of Caldwell Youth Baseball ALL STARS in the summer competitive league-


MAJORS Rec division/teams - All players, aged 11-12, who did not get accepted to the Select League teams or the AAA teams in each local league will inter-league against each other, in the spring, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. The MAJORS Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season followed by an end of season tournament and will run from late March through Mid-May.



AA division/teams – The top players, aged 8-10, in each local league will play against other local league AA division teams in the spring, as part of a competitive division, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. This league is played on a 60' base path and 45' pitching distance. The AA season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season followed by an end of season tournament and will run from late March through Mid-May.
-These teams are developed to build growth with potential future of Caldwell Youth Baseball ALL STARS in the summer competitive league-


MINORS Rec division/teams - All players, aged 8-10, and any 7-year old that wants to play up from Coach Pitch who do not get accepted to the Select League teams or the COMPETITIVE AA teams in each local league will inter-league against each other, in the spring, in an effort to continue to advance their skill level and raise their game to the next level. The MINORS Rec season will consist of approximately a 10-game regular season followed by an end of season tournament and will run from late March through Mid-May.
 

*Players at try-outs will be assessed, evaluated & determined by the Caldwell Youth Baseball Board, Local League Boards and along with members of our community that have unbiased opinions and do not have players in the league.
