Downingtown West/East LAX Participation Guidelines

The Chester County Lacrosse Association (CCLA-Boys League) and the Philadelphia Area Girls Lacrosse Association (PAGLA-Girls League) require that all players play within their designated school district boundaries. What this means for our area is that if your player lives within the Downingtown West High School boundaries, you will play for the WBYA lacrosse program. If your player lives within the Downingtown East boundaries, they will play in the LYA lacrosse program. If you attend a private school, or plan to in the future as a high school, still sign up for the youth lacrosse program that your home address affiliates with. This year the WBYA lacrosse program has acquired field space at the Downingtown Middle School for some practices and games allowing for a more centralized location to meet the needs of all our families. Feel free to use the DASD link below to find out what future high school your player will be attending.

A message from WB Lacrosse

WB Lacrosse wishes our players a great start of the school year!

We wanted to take a moment to thank ALL the many league volunteers, families, and most importantly the players who believed in us this past season and signed up to play WBYA lacrosse.

As you know it was our first season back after a few years away and to say we had a successful season is a massive understatement. From holding separate spring and summer leagues, to beginner and advanced player clinics throughout the year...it was a complete success from top to bottom! We at WB lacrosse look forward to continuing to build on our success and meeting the lacrosse needs of our community this coming season.
