Head coach of Cortland High School’s JV volleyball team from 2019-21 and has been involved with local club teams since 2019
Previously, Stengel served as an assistant coach for both Cherry Hill and GPS Crush volleyball clubs from 2014-18
Graduated from Arcadia University in May 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in biology
She was a four-year member of the volleyball team and a three-time team captain
Stengel became just the seventh player in program history to reach 1,000 career assists, set the school record for most career sets played, and received the Award of Merit for outstanding attitude, work ethic, leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Stengel remains fifth in program history for single season assists (737 in 2016) and career assists (1403)
The team compiled an overall record of 66-52, including a 23-win season and first ever conference championship appearance during Stengel's senior season.
As a native of Philadelphia, PA, she is pursuing her master's degree in exercise science from SUNY Cortland.
