Experience:  Vic Ayala is a 28 years Army veteran. Has been involved in the community serving as a coach for Baseball, Basketball, and Soccer for the last 18 years. Worked as the Sports Director at the Community Life Center in Gulf Breeze and also served as Head Coach and the President of the Bayside Dynamo FC. It has been coaching select soccer for last 16 years. Established the Gulf Breeze Futbol Academy in 2013 to expand the opportunity for kids of all economic and social backgrounds regardless of entry skill level to play soccer on the south side of Santa Rosa County. 
License/Diplomas/Certificates: United Soccer Coaches (USC) Premier Diploma, National Diploma, Advanced National Diploma, and Level VI Diploma. Goalkeeper Level 1 Diploma, Sports Psychology, and Individual Mental Skills Diploma. The Coerver Youth Diploma 1 & 2. United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Introduction to Grassroots, 4v4, 7v7, 11v11.
