Next Level Hoops - Refund Policy
Before August 1st:
We will provide a full refund minus credit card transaction fees (5% credit card transaction fee). If your participant has been placed on a roster and a customized jersey has been ordered/delivered or in process of delivery, we will deduct an additional $50.00 from the registration and mail you the customized jersey.
August 1st - August 14th:
We will refund 75% of your registration fees where we can find a replacement for your participant. If we can not, we will provide a 50% refund on your registration fees.
August 15th - League Start Date (Late August):
We will refund 50% of your registration fee - no exceptions.
After League Start Date:
No refunds will be provided after a player has started the season with full uniform.
