The NC Fusion Triad Program is the most competitive and highest level girls program that NC Fusion offers. Below is the Tryout Information and Team Formation for our NC Fusion Triad Girls Program 15U-19U for the 2019-2020 Season:

*The NCF Premier 04 team will be a newly formed Triad team in 2019 as our club has earned an additional NCYSA Premier spot at the 2004 Age Group.

Please note...This is our NEW NC Fusion registrations system and ALL participants will need to create a new account if you did not already do so to register for the Spring 2019 ECNL Girls ID Sessions.

Be prepared that you will have to upload a copy of the participants birth certificate in order to register.

NC Fusion Player Pathway:

The NC Fusion Triad program will continue to use the option to promote players from the NC Fusion East & West teams throughout the calendar year based on player performance, development potential, and team need. Our club utilizes an internal player tracking system to monitor each player’s development over the calendar year. Directors and coaches in each program are in constant communication so that all players are appropriately placed.

Training Calendar:

All NC Fusion Triad 2004 to 2001 teams will train twice per week at Smith Soccer Complex and once per week at BB&T Winston-Salem. We provide indoor turf training options during inclement weather.

 

Program Objectives:

•  Develop the most technical and tactical players in the country

•  Develop a unique playing style, game model, and soccer language that is understood and recognizable amongst all players, staff, and our NC Fusion community.

•  Develop an effective player pathway from Club to College/WPSL to Pro.

•  Establish a culture of player development, while consistently winning and competing for league title in NCYSA, USYS National League, Elite Clubs National League and the Women’s Premier Soccer League.

•  Develop a Player-to-Player Mentorship Program that extends throughout the age groups and through other parts of NC Fusion

•  Develop a year-round program for committed players or those that wish to play collegiate soccer regardless of high school or non-high school soccer involvement.

•  Consistently place players into college programs, ID2 events and National team Camps.
