Registration fees for the Fall 2023 season are as follows:
T-Ball - $90
Farm Baseball and Sunshine Softball - $90
Minors and up Baseball and Softball - $110

All Players regardless of how many seasons they have played with SVLLL, will need to provide the following:
Birth Certificate
One document from each of three (3) categories for residency verification OR School Enrollment Form.
*These forms must be filled out by your child's school and the school must be located within our boundaries (92395)

The groups and documents in each group are as follows:
GROUP I
A. Driver’s License
B. School records
C. Vehicle records (registration, lease, etc.)
D. Employment records
E. Insurance documents
GROUP II
A. Welfare/childcare records
B. Federal records (Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.)
C. State records
D. Local (municipal) records
E. Support payment records
F. Homeowner or tenant records (easiest of the group)
G. Military records
GROUP III
A. Voter’s Registration
B. Utility bills (gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
C. Financial records
D. Medical records
E. Internet, cable,
Please note, these documents must be dated between 2/1/2023 and 2/1/2024.
Along with the documents listed above, you will also need the following forms for each player:

Refund Policy: (Ground Rule Article 1 Section 4)
No refunds will be considered or processed unless and until the Board of Directors has received an appropriate written refund request.
After the Board of Directors has received and reviewed an appropriate written request, registration fee refunds will be processed as follows:
If the written request is received prior to the first player tryout session, 100% of the registration fee (less a $10 administrative fee) will be refunded. If the written request is received after the first player tryout session but prior to the player drafts, 50% of the registration fee (less a $10 administrative fee) will be refunded
No registration fee refund requests will be considered or processed after teams are assigned.
What does my registration fee cover and why do I still have to participate in a fundraiser and work the snack bar?
Registration fees are used to help costs that are associated with running the league. Registration fees help us pay for equipment, utility bills, uniforms, field and facility maintenance and improvements, League insurance, Little League charter fees, City of Victorville Facility Rental, City of Victorville Light usage, umpires, and more. Unfortunately, registration fees do not cover all the costs our league incurs. This is where participation in our fundraiser, working the snack bar, and sponsorship come into play. Spring Valley Lake Little League is run by volunteers from our board of directors to our coaches. Our goal is for the youth of our community to have an enjoyable and memorable season.
