PLACE:                 Mendham High School, 65 East Main Street, Mendham, NJ 07945

WEIGH-IN:          HONOR SYSTEM with Challenge/DQ if 5% over stated weight

                ****Everyone must sign in at registration table – even pre-registered wrestlers ****

START TIME:       Morning session (all divisions except HS); Register/Check-in: 7:30-8:30 am, Clinic: 8-9 am

                                Wrestling starts at 9:30 am

                                High School:  Register/Check-in: 11:30-12:30.          Wrestling starts at 1:30

Division:               Peewee (age 5 & 6) Bantam (age 7 & 8) Midget (age 9 & 10) Junior (age 11 & 12)

                                Intermediate (grades 8 & under) High School (grades 9 – 12, including graduating srs)

                                Grades for 2017-2018 school year.

Format:                SPLIT SESSION, Madison System. 4 man Round-Robin. Goal is 3 matches per wrestler

Rules:                    NJSIAA Rules (Modified)  Overtime 1 min., Double Overtime. 30 seconds

Bout Lengths:    Peewee, Bantam, Midget, Junior, Intermediate:  1-1-1. High School:  1 ½, 1 ½, 1 ½

                                ***HEADGEAR AND SINGLET ARE MANDATORY****

USA Wrestling cards required (available at the door for $35.00. CASH ONLY)

Awards:               Medals awarded for first place winners

Entry Fees:         $30.00 if received by Friday June 1, 2018. $35.00 at the door. MAX 400 wrestlers

BAYONNE BATTLE ON THE BAY WRESTLING TOURNAMENT
Date: Sunday June 17th, 2018
Place: Bayonne High School Football Field on the bay, 779 Avenue A, Bayonne, NJ
Weigh-In: Scales will be open from 7:30-9 in the morning and 11:30-1.

All wrestlers MUST be checked-in 30 minutes prior to start times. No exceptions, no refunds.


Start Times: 8:30am- 6 & Under; 8 & Under; 10 & Under; 12 & Under
1:00pm- 14 & Under and High School grades 9th -12th
Split times on 4 mats. AIR CONDITIONED gym!


Weigh-ins: No weigh-ins; Honor System; any challenges will result in both wrestlers weighing-in; weight
results cannot be more than 2lbs. over the registered weight listed; Scale will be available on site.


Rules: NJ Scholastic wrestling rules apply
Format: The Madison System will be used to determine weight classes. 4-Man Round Robin.


Matches will be 1-1-1 for morning session & 2-1-1 afternoon sessions
Every effort will be made to get 3 matches. 2 matches guaranteed. Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd
