Interested in becoming a sponsor or partnering with ABC?

There are many opportunities to become Arcadia Booster Club partner or sponsor. We are a community-based recreation sports club for elementary and middle school aged children. We are always looking to establish partnerships with local organizations that would benefit both our members and local groups.

The primary source of funding that allows us to provide community recreation league sports comes from corporate and private sponsors like you. How do sponsorships help?  Your donation allows us to provide quality safety equipment and facilities for our players.  Most importantly, your generosity allows us to keep registration costs affordable, and offer scholarships to families who are not able to pay for youth recreation sports.

Our goals for 2019 include the continuation and expansion of our program in offering scholarships to families in the community and upgrades to our current facilities. Your annual sponsorship will help assure the success of our organization serving the children in our community. There are over 700 children and families that are impacted by the Arcadia Booster Club program and we need help to make sure every child has the opportunity to play sports.

Sponsorships can be paid by check or PayPal. Please contact me directly if you would like to be invoiced via PayPal.

Yearly Sponsorships are renewable and will be invoiced by ABC upon the expiration of sponsorship unless cancellation in writing by January 1. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to speaking with you!

Arcadia Booster Club Sponsorship Levels:

Gold- $700 Field banner and team sponsor for two teams  (Auto renewal)

• Your business will be advertised on one banner hung at one of our baseball or football/soccer fields. Please let us know if you have a preference.

• One team per season or two teams in one season will have your business name listed on the sleeve of the team jersey.(baseball/softball & soccer only

• Your business will be advertised on one banner hung at one of our baseball or football/soccer fields. Please let us know if you have a preference.

• One team per season will have your business name/logo listed on the team jerseys sleeve.

If you would like to sponsor more than one team or have multiple banners at the fields please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your request!  Any amount of financial donation outside of sponsorship is also always welcome and appreciated.

Deadlines:
The last day of sports registration is the deadline for team sponsorship.
Banners can be orders at any time.
