Registration Opens April 2, 2018 for ALL Age Groups! 

Players must complete the ONLINE registration before attending the sessions. 
Registration fee is $50.
Register early and get $20 Off the $50 registration fee.  See discount codes and Early Bird dates in the Tryout Schedule. 

Please register by noon the day before your tryout session to guarantee your player's name is on the evaluation list.  Please register to attend by either logging in to or creating a Fusion account and registering and paying for the 2018-2019 Tryouts registration. If you are having issues with registering your player, please try the following:
 
1. Use a PC or laptop and not a mobile device
2. Try a different browser.  If using Chrome, try Safari, Firefox, Edge or IE instead.
3. If you are still having issues after trying the above, please call our Finance Department: 336-358-8030 ext 201 or ext 209

Any player wishing to try out in an older age group must have prior permission from the Director of Soccer.

Paperwork to be turned in at tryout check-in:

1. Registration fee paid online PRIOR to tryout.

2. US Club Medical Waiver and NCYSA Medical Waiver   – leave team name and jersey number blank
3. Copy of insurance card (if applicable).

4. Players should upload a copy of their birth certificate or passport to their Fusion account.  If unable to do so, please bring a photocopy to tryouts.
5. We do NOT need a photo at this time!
6. NC Fusion Assumption of Risk form

7. Financial Assistance form, if applicable
