Spring is right around the corner and so are baseball and softball programs at Ireland Youth Sports! We are excited for the upcoming seasons and look forward to your child participating in our programs!
A few changes this year.
*If you sign up and are selected to be a head coach, your child's registration fee for that league will be waived. Payment will be needed at the time of registration but will be refunded by the start of the season.
*The Girls Pee Wee league is being eliminated due to low participants. Current 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade girls will need to register through Jasper Youth Softball.
This year, we will again utilize the online registration procedure. All players will be required to sign up using the online registration process. To register, please refer to our website www.irelandyouthsports.com. The website includes all necessary information needed for 2024 participation: player registration, medical release, and volunteer & waiver forms. The online registration period starts Monday, January 27th and will remain open through midnight on Sunday, February 9th. A $5 fee per child will apply for any late signups until February 23rd.
The registration fees are:
Tator Tots, Boys and Girls Instructional - $40 per player
Boys Pee Wee - $60 per player
Any registrations received after Sunday, February 9th will be assessed a $5 per child late fee. There are no discounts for multiple family participants, but there is a $135 maximum per family.
Fees are used to help IYS with expenses related to insurance, uniforms, balls, equipment, field maintenance (chalk, field dry, fertilizer, rakes, tools), and umpires. Once again in 2024, the registration fee will also cover concession stand workers.
Season information (rosters, schedules, etc.) will be sent as it is finalized. Leagues have staggered start and finish dates; therefore, you may be contacted at different times depending on your child’s league. Information will be sent to the email address you provide when signing up online.
